Change of Mind
Due to the nature of precious metals and market price fluctuations, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging all items securely to ensure they arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate the issue.
Once the damage has been confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Items must not be used or altered before contacting us regarding the damage.
