Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products sold in our store are genuine items sourced through legitimate supply channels. We only offer products manufactured by recognised refiners and jewellery producers.

Are you affiliated with the manufacturers?

No. Our store operates as an independent reseller. We are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers of the products we sell.

Do your products come with certification?

Many bullion products include official packaging, serial numbers, or assay certification depending on the item. Product details will specify if certification or assay packaging is included. Many of our items are sealed straight from manufacturing within an Assay card that includes the metals fineness, weight and certificate number of the piece as well as a signature from very well respected Assayers. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Sydney based customers will experience the fastest delivery times with estimates ranging from 1-3 business days.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. All orders that are shipped are equipped with tracking so customers can monitor their delivery.

How are items packaged?

Items are carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in the same condition as described.
